Teams system is a simple way to create groups of players that craft together, they allow you to have lists that multiple users will see and participate on, plus a simple way to assign items to players. They also provide a way to track lists progression using discord.
In order to manage your teams, go to the teams page.
From here, you can create a team using the button in top-left corner (1), just give it a name and it's created.
The page lists all your teams, the ones you're member of and the one you're the leader of. when you're only member of a team, it's read-only and the only thing you can do is leave the said team.
When you are leader of a team, you can enable discord updates system (2), this will connect teamcraft on the channel you picked inside the server of your choice, writing messages for each event. These messages can be configured and individually disabled using the webhook options (5).
In order to have other users join the team, you can also create invite links (3), these work exactly like discord server invites, the user clicks on it and they are added to the team. You can create invites that work for 24h or permanent ones.
As the leader, you can also remove anyone from your team at anytime.
In order to have the team connected to a list, you have to assign the list to the team. This can be done by any member of the team at anytime. To do so, you can use list panel (see list panel menu) or click the "assign to a team" button inside list details page (inside the top buttons).
This can only be done by the leader, and will be possible as an officer as of 5.2. You can assign an item to a team member, adding their avatar next to the item to show who's in charge of it. To do so, use the "..." menu on any item of a list linked to a team, and select "assign to a team member", then pick the user you want, and it's done.
